At Avinash Enterprises, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. We take care in processing, grading, packing, and supplying our cashew kernels to maintain product quality and hygiene.
Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products and cashew kernels, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered. This helps us maintain appropriate hygiene, food safety, and product-quality standards.
However, a return or replacement may be considered in the following situations:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order.
- The product packaging is tampered with or damaged when received.
Any such issue should be reported to Avinash Enterprises as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 24 hours, with clear photographs or videos supporting the claim.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered only for approved cases after the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
The actual refund time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Replacement / Exchange
Where appropriate, Avinash Enterprises may provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to:
- Verification of the reported issue
- Product availability
- Nature of the complaint
- Confirmation by our team
Conditions for Return or Replacement
For damaged, incorrect, or tampered products, customers may be requested to provide:
- Order details
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Video evidence, where applicable
- Description of the issue
Customers should retain the original packaging until the complaint has been resolved.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have already been confirmed, packed, or dispatched may not be cancelled or modified.
For cancellation requests before processing begins, customers should contact Avinash Enterprises as soon as possible. Approval will depend on the status of the order.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For wholesale and bulk orders, customers should carefully confirm the grade, quantity, price, packaging requirements, taxes, transportation charges, and delivery details before confirming the order.
Returns or refunds for bulk orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to the confirmed order terms.
